Biography

I currently support the Homeland Protection Systems group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a data and systems analyst. In my day-to-day work, I develop data ingestion, association/correlation, and visualization tools for use in homeland air defense research. The real-world impact that our group's work has on air safety and defense is a source of great pride and fulfillment for me.

I am joining the I School as a member of the fall 2023 MIDS cohort. I'm looking forward to learning more about big data engineering and architecture as well as machine learning!

I previously studied as an undergraduate student in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Chemistry and a certificate in Neuroscience.

Outside of work and school, I am an avid runner and baker. I ran my first marathon in the spring of 2023 and look forward to getting many more in the books!
