5th Annual Women in Tech Symposium 2021 Conference

The UC Berkeley School of Information will be hosting a table at the 5th Annual Women in Tech Symposium during the Career Fair from 4-6pm PST. This will be a wonderful opportunity to speak to a member of the admissions team to discuss the I School's degree programs. 

This year's conference will focus on:

“Defining the New Era in HCI” Fireside Chat with Tsu Jae King Liu (Berkeley Engineering) and Leila Takayama (UC Santa Cruz)

Four HCI Panels on health, food, games, and justice, hosted by UC Davis, UC Merced, UC Santa Cruz, and UC Berkeley respectively

Deep-Dive Break-out Sessions with Facebook on AR/VR, Sandia Labs on Cybersecurity, and more!

“Two Approaches” conversations with experts from Tesla and other tech companies

“Future of Inclusive HCI” Closing talk

Career Fair connecting participants with leading tech companies seeking HCI, UI, UX talent

The symposium is open to everyone, encouraging a broader audience to join the conversation. Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences, establish new connections, and collectively champion the advancement of women in technology.
