Casey Hinson

Casey brings insightful thought leadership and advice to his clients through his experience in operational and strategy consulting across multiple industries, including Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Power and Utilities, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Telecom, and Biotech. He has designed market strategies, operating models, and organization structures for Fortune 500, middle market, and Private Equity portfolio companies. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in large scale strategy and business transformation projects, including integration planning, post-merger integration, carve-out and separation planning, shared services planning, systems integration, performance improvement, and strategic planning. Casey holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston and an MBA from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
