Project Bazaar is a decision support framework for open source tool selection. Today's technology landscape requires that companies adopt open source software as part of their development strategy. Otherwise innovation is stifled because a small set of proprietary or enterprise tools become the only option. 

Our custom metrics to measure bugs and community engagement answer critical business questions:

• Is the project overloaded with issues?
• Is there community support to resolve issues?
• Are issues addressed in a timely manner?
