Goal oriented, with the possibility of self-management and open for guidance.

Despite access to different channels of information, calling or going to your bank remains mostly a chore. Client experience has the potential to be much more close and customized with information already present in users' transactions and communications. This is a field that affects me personally, as I'm often unable to make sense of policies that harm clients and limit the potential of the financial sector to offer its products and services, especially in developing countries.
