David Russell

I am a data scientist with research, clean energy, and political organizing experience. I pride myself on efficiency, whether in optimizing processes or pioneering new datasets. I graduated with my masters in data science in December of 2025, while working at Halcyon (https://halcyon.io/), an AI startup making utility-regulatory data more accessible. I am always eager to hear about opportunities to serve communities with data, tech, and sound judgment, especially in the areas of ethical AI implementation, affordable housing, the mass incarceration crisis, combatting mis/disinformation, and preparing vulnerable communities for climate change effects.
