Teaching Epidemiology Compartment Models

This data visualization project seeks to build basic intuition about epidemiology using simple compartment models.  

Using d3.js a series of interactive line charts were created to simulate simple compartment models.  With the addition of a new compartment comes added complexity.  

The project status is currently at minimal viable product.  However the plan is to release the code as an open source project.
