Biography
Dr. Raza began his career as a frontline physician and public health leader, working on large-scale interventions in HIV, polio eradication, maternal-child health, and refugee care. He also consulted for the UN, state health departments and national programs on epidemic modeling, monitoring and evaluation, and information systems design. He later transitioned into the health tech industry. His tech career highlights include co-founding a digital health startup, building AI-based software and digital therapeutics for patients and doctors.
He holds an MBBS from Khyber Medical College, a master’s from the Harvard School of Public Health, and a Master’s in Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley, where he was honored with the School of Information's academic fellowship. A Fulbright Scholar and a passionate mentor, Dr. Raza brings a rare combination of clinical insight, public health leadership, and product innovation. He is driven by his passion for utilizing game-changing technologies to revolutionize access to care, improve patient outcomes, and transform the way healthcare is delivered.
