Surabhi Gupta

Hello! I am a recent graduate of San Jose State University, where I completed a B.S in Software Engineering. I am based in the Bay Area.

Currently, I am working at Salesforce as a Software Engineer. My focus is on building infrastructure for Big Data systems spanning various industries which the Salesforce CRM platform supports. Along with this, I will be joining the MIDS program (Fall 2023) to further deep dive in the Data Science space. The use cases in this space are limitless and I look forward to exploring topics in specific areas such as Big Data, Security and more. Apart from this, as someone who built a startup, UCB's startup communities and enthusiasm for creating innovative tech really excites me.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with family and friends. I would consider myself outdoorsy and love going on hikes/walks. A recent bucket list item I crossed off was going on a road trip in Europe across 6 countries. A personal goal I am working towards is taking out time to volunteer and giving back to the community.
