Manohar Madhira

I am a thought leader with 20+ years of success in applying technology and process solutions to drive business growth. In my current role at Microsoft, I am a manager of Product Managers who drive innovative product solutions by drawing insights from customer feedback.

I have leveraged my strong background in Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Six Sigma, Safe Agile Framework, to revamp the Supply Chain planning processes at Microsoft and Project Management processes at GE. I have been a Keynote presenter at multiple TOC and SAP conferences to highlight the process and the results.   

I am currently completing my Masters in Data Science at UC Berkeley. I have also completed an MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Louisville, Kentucky and have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India.
