Kimberley Soriano

Kimberley Soriano is currently pursuing her Master's in Information Management Systems (MIMS) with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction & User Experience Research at University of California, Berkeley. Her commitment to improve user experiences stem from her love for video games. She is passionate about propelling games to their fullest potential by focusing on player experiences and highlighting the role of psychology in video games. She graduated from California State University, Channel Islands in 2022, where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Computer Game Design & Development. 

Her interests include player behavior, video game archiving and preservation, player biographies "playographies", user experience research, machinima, ludology, video game history, games user research, and human-computer interaction.

Kimberley is currently seeking opportunities in user experience research and games user research.
