Ivan Wong

Ivan is Director of Software Development for Oracle, where he covers projects in Oracle Marketing Cloud (Customer Data Platform), Oracle Data Cloud (DaaS), Oracle Social Relationship Management (SRM) Cloud, and Oracle Siebel CRM.  He holds B.S. and MBA in Information Systems from the Golden Gate University at San Francisco.  He is an Oracle-Siebel 7.7 Certified Analytics Application and Data Warehouse Developer, Oracle-Siebel 7.7 Certified Core Consultant, SAP R/3 BASIS Certified Consultant, Microsoft Certified Professional, and a US Patents Inventor of Terminology Database (US 7308399 B2).  He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has more than 20 years of experience leading software development projects in CRM, ERP, E-Commerce, Commercial Loan, Localization processing and DevOps automation tools.
