Focus

During my stay as a visiting scholar in spring 2011 I worked on value creation in service ecosystems. At the CDTM I now focus on Internet of Services, specifically innovative and converging services.

Biography

Florian Gall holds a B.A. in Business Informatics from University of Applied Sciences (FH) Kufstein, and a M.Sc. in Information Systems from the TUM in Munich. Additionally he graduated the Technology Management program at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). During his graduate studies he worked as student researcher at the chair of Prof. Krcmar and focused on service science and innovation management.

Besides his academic education he gained practical experience as a working student at KPMG AG in IT Advisory and at the FH Kufstein, as an intern at the Fraunhofer IAO, and as a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley.

Florian joined CDTM in 2011 as doctoral candidate and part of the management team. Currently, he works on a research project concerning Internet of Services, specifically innovative and converging services, service marketplaces and privacy. His general research interests are service science, digital services and value networks.
