I transform how institutions collaborate through AI-driven operations and strategic governance. As COO at Equivalence Systems, I orchestrate partnerships with 70+ higher education institutions deploying CourseWise, our transfer credit platform backed by $5M+ in funding from various national philanthropic donors.

My work looks to bridge operational excellence and social impact. I serve as the principal liaison between institutional stakeholders (Chancellors, Registrars) and our technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions that reduce administrative overhead while increasing accessibility for underserved populations.

Key accomplishments include presenting our solution to stakeholders like the U.S. Congress, securing various grants and awards, developing articulation frameworks used by 50+ institutions, and partnering with AWS to ensure our infrastructure supports 500,000+ student pathways. My previous work has contributed to projected savings of $10M+ for California, while dramatically improving educational access.

My approach combines operational leadership with data science expertise gained through my Master's from UC Berkeley (4.0 GPA). This technical foundation has enabled me to bring analytical rigor to governance conversations, particularly around NLP applications and design across various sectors. My unique governance perspective stems from representing 12,000+ graduate students as Vice President of Berkeley's Graduate Assembly, serving on Berkeley's Academic Senate and participating in high-stakes executive search committees such as for Berkeley's next CIO. These experiences taught me how to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build consensus among diverse constituencies.

While my recent work focuses on educational systems transformation, my skills in operational leadership, AI governance, and strategic partnership development are designed to create scalable impact across multiple domains, from public health initiatives to community-based solutions to enterprise transformation.
