Last week, President Obama put forward a massive $60 billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia, the largest U.S. arms deal ever. But the package is less about arms to the Saudis and more about deterring Iran. Detractors say it is overkill at best, and at worst may further incentivize Iran's nuclear program.
