AnnaLee Saxenian discusses the global economy with NPR’s Deborah Amos

In her latest book, The New Argonauts, AnnaLee Saxenian, an economist and Dean of the UC Berkeley School of Information, explores "brain circulation": the movement of resources, energy and ideas between high-tech talent and their home countries. In an interview with Deborah Amos which aired October 5th, 2006 on NPR's Morning Edition, Professor Saxenian discussed her book and this new class of global engineers.
