Wellness Workshop: Managing Performance Anxiety & Imposter Syndrome
In this workshop specifically tailored for I School students, Dr. Amy Honigman of Berkeley’s Graduate Wellness Center will share strategies for managing performance anxiety and imposter fears — and how they can be applied during experiences like getting through an interview, managing the job search process, as well as in other settings like the classroom and workplace.
Dr. Amy Honigman is the Graduate Assembly wellness counselor and part of the Graduate Wellness Center team. She is a licensed psychologist and provides counseling, workshops, and services for Berkeley’s graduate student population.
