Kai Haley is a UX designer leading the design relations team at Google. She is one of the lead trainers for Sprint Master Academy and has spent the last two years training over 200 sprint masters across Google’s diverse product areas. She is passionate about design thinking and inspiring the UX community to effectively utilize design sprints for speed and innovation. She earned a master’s degree in design from the California College of the Arts, where she focused on sustainable design.
