Neeraj Athani

I served as an Executive Officer to the Director of Office of Science and Technology Integration at the National Weather Service, providing senior-level support on strategy, operations, and modernization initiatives. With an MBA in Sustainability and experience managing multimillion-dollar programs, I’ve always looked for ways to turn big ideas into things that actually work. At Berkeley MIDS, I’m weaving together my consulting background, program management skills, and focus in sustainability with data science to tackle challenges that affect communities in real and practical ways. Outside the classroom, I enjoy time with my wife and son, traveling abroad, coaching my son’s soccer team, cheering on Pittsburgh sports, or sneaking in a round of golf.
