Biography
My experience has been mainly focus on analyzing datasets and developing programs to improve processes within the Human Resources department. This has allowed me to collaborate and improve the efficiency of the area by developing Recruitment strategies, creating Compensation packages, analyzing Performance metrics among many other topics.
