Biography
Andrea is a student in the Master of Information and Data Science (MIDS) program at UC Berkeley. Prior to MIDS, she earned M.S. and B.S. degrees in materials science and engineering from UC Berkeley (2024) and Carnegie Mellon University (2021). Andrea has extensive experience in computational materials science research through her studies and from a recent internship at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. She is also a member of Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society that represents the top 1/8 students in her junior year class. Andrea plans to advance her career in data science and pursue her personal interests in interdisciplinary research through collaborative learning in the MIDS program.
