This Fall the UC Berkeley School of Information welcomed 67 new Master of Information Management and Systems students to the Berkeley campus.
The MIMS Class of 2027 comes to Berkeley from a variety of different countries and regions, including Belgium, China, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Malawi, Malaysia, South Korea, and the United States.
Most of the new MIMS students are returning to school from the working world, with an average of five years of work experience. Their previous job titles include Product Manager, Data Analyst, Chief of Staff, Research Consultant, Business Lead, Software Engineer, Marketing Manager, Founder, UX/UI Researcher, and Supply Chain Analyst.
