Jason is a seasoned security executive with nearly 20 years of security and leadership experience spanning the federal and commercial sectors. As a business-savvy and technically adept chief information security officer (CISO), he has led local and global teams of up to 90 members and designed and managed security programs across a range of industries, including defense, government, SaaS and hardware startups, social media, and big tech. Jason has built and managed programs for organizations ranging from small startups to large global enterprises, leading high-impact security programs and fostering collaboration across corporate verticals to ensure security and risk decisions are both effective and data-driven.
With deep expertise in offensive and defensive security programs, intelligence, insider risk, and compliance, Jason offers a unique blend of skills as a security executive. He has a proven track record of delivering business-enabling and risk-mitigating security programs, driving revenue through high-performing sales enablement teams, and cultivating security and technical cultures that empower teams with ownership and autonomy. Active within the security threat intelligence community, Jason also advises startups and enterprises on designing and implementing effective security programs.
