Zhen-Chao Hong

Biography

Zhen-Chao (a.k.a. Stefan) is a PhD student in Information Management at National Taiwan University.  He also received his Masters degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Stefan developed a new programming language named Meso hoping that it can make network programming more intuitive.  During his stay in Berkeley, he will expand his work by applying the same design philosophy behind the language into building a full-blown network operating system.
