Biography

David is a Visiting Fellow at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project this year.  He is finishing his dissertation that examines how various legal and regulatory frameworks affect corporate information security practices.

David received his J.D. from Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall) in 2008, and a M.A. in Political Science from Berkeley in 2004.  He received his B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 2003.

David is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars and plans to focus his professional practice in information privacy and security law.
