Although the I School and UC Berkeley Career Center are available to help alumni nurture their careers, I School graduates often find that fellow alumni are among their best career resources.

We are committed to buliding a unified alumni community that embraces the shared interests of the I School population and meets the needs of all alumni, including those who joined us when were were the School of Library and Information Studies.  We encourage all alumni to become part of the I School Alumni Network.  Registration takes just minutes and makes you part of a vibrant on-line community of more than 400 alumni — and the number is growing every day!  As a member of the Alumni Network you will be able to search for fellow alumni by class, region, employer or specialization, as well as get information about lectures and events, register for jobs@ischool, and receive postings about current employment  opportunities.  This site is constantly being updated so check back often.
